In 2021, I visually documented the inaugural edition of Genesis, a gastronomic event nestled in the heart of the Dolomites.

Conceived by the culinary visionaries Chef Riccardo Gaspari and Ludovica Rubbini, proprietors of the Michelin-starred SanBrite restaurant in Cortina d’Ampezzo (BL), Genesis is an event dedicated to rediscovering the primal origins of cuisine. Italian and international chefs guided guests through a culinary journey, weaving workshops and experiences that fostered a profound connection with nature, exploring the four elements: fire, air, water, and earth.
